About

JacquiGoguenProfilePhotoAble I Am (AiM) is the passion of Jacqueline Goguen…that’d be me in the photo  :-)

I have travelled some, loved some, hurt some and lost some. It’s by sharing this journey through life with you that I hope to motivate, inspire and share with you some tools and resources to help you live your best life…the life you know you were meant to!

I’ll be introducing resources to help you understand, manage and overcome your chronic pain, whatever it might be; physical, emotional or spiritual and to help you on your journey of integrating body with mind with soul. As I share with you my experience of living with chronic pain and the obstacles I have encountered, overcome, and continue to experience in my life, it’s my hope we will create community and find inspiration, hope and motivation.

Please add a comment below to introduce yourself and how you came to find the site. If you prefer, you can drop me a direct email. I have recently added a Directory of Resources. Be sure to check it out and let me know in your email of any online or off-line resources you would like to see listed.

Well wishes and blessings,
Jacqui, Damselfly

  1. Amazing blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?

I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything.

Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thanks!

    1. Hi, thanks for posting.

There are a lot of options out there! And it can be very overwhelming I am intending a section of the website eventually to cover these types of topics, but it’s still to come.

I might suggest that if you are feeling overwhelmed and just starting out, the free hosted WordPress.com may be the way to go. You can’t get into too much trouble ;-) and can safely wade through it all during the learning curve. Then once you’ve played around for awhile you will have a better idea of what your needs are and what products will best serve you.

Good luck! Send me a link when you get your site up :-)

      Blessings,
      Jacqui, Damselfly
